If you are someone who enjoys playing hockey, then you have found the place to enjoy playing the coed version at a recreational level. We hope to offer everyone the opportunity to join a league that promotes a social, fun and recreational atmosphere than traditional ball hockey.
In this league good sportsmanship, a positive attitude and respect are emphasized every week. A full lineup consists of 4 players plus a goalie including at least 1 woman and 1 man on the floor at all times.
Urban Rec supplies all sticks and balls. Teams are responsible for supplying their own goalie equipment (including a mask or helmet with full facial protection).
Coed 5-a-side – Fridays (full court)
Coed floor hockey leagues played with plastic sticks provided by Urban Rec mean a fun experience for novice and experienced players alike! Register a team to play 5-on-5 at Central Sports Club in downtown Kelowna full court on Friday nights during a 1-hour timeslot.
