Urban Rec Okanagan is proud to host the good old hockey game. Urban Rec Okanagan ball hockey leagues are played out of Central Sports Club - the Okanagan's premier sports facility. When playing in Urban Rec Okanagan ball hockey you will play two 25 minute halves each week.
All skill levels are welcome and teams will be placed into pools based on relative skill levels (not necessarily the skill level registered at). Teams will be reseeded depending on relative skill level.
Registered teams are responsible for supplying their own goalie equipment (including a mask or helmet with full facial protection and gloves).
